It is informed that the proceedings under the Hyderabad Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, have fructified in favour of the Petitioner long ago in 1970. After 43 years, the Petitioner moved an application before the Tahasildar. A notice has been issued by the Tahasildar on 15.11.2022 to four Respondents, who have not been arrayed as the Respondents in this Writ Petition. The decision of the High Court in Special Civil Application No.207/1966 is dated 09.07.1968.

The learned AGP submits that the proceedings

*2* 925ywp10471o23 initiated by the Tahasildar, Ausa, would be concluded within such time as this Court may grant.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

The Tahasildar shall follow the due procedure laid down in law and after hearing all the parties, shall conclude the said proceedings with an affirmative order, within 150 days from today.
