This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.861/2024, which was dismissed by order dated 27/11/2024 for non-removal of office objections, by condoning delay of 198 days for filing the present application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 198 days is condoned. Criminal Application No.2989/2025 stands allowed.

The petitioner shall remove all office objections in Criminal Writ Petition No.861/2024 within a period of one week from today. After removal of all office objections in Criminal Writ Petition No.861/2024, same be restored to its original stage and list the same for further consideration on 07/10/2025.
