It is pointed out that we had passed order dated 28.7.2015 in W.P.No.6734/2015, on the basis of the order dated 22.8.2014 in W.P.No.7007/2011.

The order dated 22.8.2014 in W.P.No.7007/2011 is itself reviewed by this Court by order dated 29.1.2016 in Review Application Stamp No.9086/2015. 3.

The basis on which the instant order was passed itself has been reviewed and does not survive, the present order under review necessarily will have to be reviewed. Needless to state the contetnion of the Original Writ Petitioners will have to be

considered on merits.

In view of that the order dated 28.7.2015 in W.P.No.6734/2015 is reviewed and recalled. Writ Petition No.6734/2015 is restored to its original position. 5.
