The grievance of the petitioner is that its proposal for starting Pharma D. course for the academic year 2017-18 has not been considered and no decision has been taken on it as yet.

According to the petitioner, it completed the application and submitted the proposal in terms of clause 216.2 (c) of the policy regarding

wp9992.17 (2) processing of application of new institutions/new courses. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has prayed that this petition be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application/proposal as aforesaid.

Keeping in view the aforesaid prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application/proposal and take appropriate decision on it, within a period of one month, in accordance with the Policy and the Rules.
