Petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to respondents 2 and 3 to determine rental compensation payable to petitioner on account of taking over possession of the landed property belonging to petitioner without initiating proceeding for acquisition of land. 3.

This petition can be disposed of by directing respondents 2 and 3 as well as the Sub-Divisional Officer, Beed, to determine the amount of compensation payable to the petitioner, in accordance with the Government policy, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from today. On determination of amount of compensation, if

wp912.14.doc petitioner is held entitled to receive the amount, the amount shall be disbursed by respondent no. 4 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of such determination.
