Heard the rival submissions. The applicants, being legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 - claimant in the appeal Shri Narayan Maruti Ghuge (Zunzurte), are seeking permission to bring themselves on record by condoning delay of 99 days. Admittedly, Narayan has died on 07.02.2021. Thus, considering the right to defend, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B), (B-1) and (C). The amendment be carried out by the appellant Acquiring Body forthwith. 2.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
