This Civil Application has been filed by the Petitioners for early hearing of the Writ Petition. Learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that order passed by Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal dated 12th October, 2001 is challenged in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is pending since 2002. Therefore, early hearing of the Writ Petition is prayed by this Civil Application.

Considering the fact that the Writ Petition is pending since 2002, list the Writ Petition on weekly final hearing board commencing from 27th January, 2025.

Since the Writ Petition is fixed for final hearing, Civil Application is disposed of.
