ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation as deposited by the appellant Acquiring Body. This Court, under order dated 12.07.2022 in other connected matters, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw entire amount. As such, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 60% amount on usual undertaking and 40% amount on furnishing solvent surety before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
