At the request of the petitioner leave to amend title with regard to the respondent No. 3.

The learned A. G. P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Choudhari, the learned counsel waives notice for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The petitioner raises grievance with regard to his transfer. 4.

The petitioner may approach the Chief Executive Officer,

2 wp 9888.19 Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar by filing an application. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has already approached the C. E. O. by filing application page 23. 5.

In view of the above, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar shall take decision upon the said application on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of fifteen (15) days from today.
