PER COURT :- 1) Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners. He submits that, by Government policy / Circulars issued from time to time and prior to 9th May, 2013 and 15th May, 2013, the State Government framed the scheme for reimbursement of the tuition fees for the students from SC, VJNT, OBC and SBC reserved categories for the said academic years. He submits that the respondents, in spite of repeated requests by the petitioners, have not reimbursed the amount of fees for the academic years 2011-12, and 2012-13. He submits that the respondents can very well scrutinize, verify the cases of the students studying in the petitioner / institutions in the light of the relevant Government Resolutions / Circulars / Schemes framed by the Government and disburse the due and payable amount to the petitioners, expeditiously.

2) Learned AGP appearing for the respondents / State, on instructions, submits that the respondents will consider and verify the cases of the students studying in the petitioner / institutions for the agp/-

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) WP9931/2015 academic years, 2011-12 and 2012-13 and if, they are found eligible for reimbursement of the fees, steps will be taken, after verifying the record, for disbursement of such amount towards fees, as expeditiously as possible; however, within three months from today. 3) In the light of the submissions made across the Bar, we pass the following order: .

i) The respondents are directed to take decision about reimbursement of fees payable to the students studying in the petitioner - institutions from various reserved categories, keeping in view the relevant Government Resolutions / Circulars / Schemes framed by the Government and if the students are found eligible for reimbursement of the fees, disburse the said amount, as expeditiously as possible; however, within three months from today. ii) There is an office objection that deficit Court fees is not paid. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in case deficit Court fees, if any, is not already deposited, the petitioners will deposit the same within one week from today.
