Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Looking at the stage at which the execution is pending and it is getting prolonged under one application or the other, since it appears that there are two applications for consideration remitted to the Tahsildar, as directed under the orders of the Collector, same be decided as early as possible, preferably on 04th August, 2017. In the circumstances, petitioners to approach Tahsildar tomorrow.

Delivery of possession be kept in abeyance till the decision by Tahsildar.
