The writ petition is filed against the respondent challenging the show cause notice dated 24.11.2004 issued by the Dean of the T.N. Medical College. This Court under order dated 27.12.2004 granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer ClauseB. 2.

It is submitted that subsequently the Committee has issued the validity certificate to the petitioner as belonging to Mannerwarlu Scheduled Tribe on 29.05.2006.

The purpose of the writ petition stood

( 2 ) wp7674.04 served on the basis of the interim order, in view of the fact that the validity certificate is already issued to the petitioner.

Rule made absolute in above terms. No costs.

The writ petition is disposed of.

In view of dismissal of the writ petition, the civil application does not survive and stands disposed of.
