Today the learned AGP produced on the record the communication of incharge Joint Director of Technical Education Department dated 27.12.2017 informing that the name of the petitioner is kept on wait list created for giving appointment on compassionate ground. It is also informed that the post of Superintendent which is mentioned in the petition needs to be filled by way of nomination and not by promotion and so, the contention of petitioner cannot be accepted.

This Court is expressing that there is any other
