Having heard the petitioner's advocate, we find that the relief claimed is identical to the matter in which, we had passed an order on 16.06.2017. When such position was brought to the notice of the respondents, particularly, the Advocate for North Maharashtra University, it is stated that the University will declare the result on or before 05.08.2017. We accept the statement made by the learned Advocate appearing for the University as an undertaking given to this Court. 2.
