This Court under order dated 19.11.2014, had disposed of the Writ Petition by setting aside the order claiming recovery and had directed the Respondents to refund the amount already recovered from the petitioners.

It is submitted that the amount as was recovered from the petitioners has been refunded back to the petitioners.

In view of the above, the contempt stands purged. The Contempt Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.

In case the Respondents have adjudicated against the petitioners, needless to state the petitioners are at liberty to assail the same in accordance with law.
