This second appeal is filed by sole appellant Dnyanoba Sahebrao Pandhare. He has expired on 11.10.2018. Thereafter, the learned advocate for the appellant had moved CA (Stamp) No. 4154/2019 to bring on record legal heirs of the sole appellant. However, there were office objections and, therefore, C.A. was not placed before the Hon'ble Court. The office objections were not removed, therefore, the registration of the said C.A. is refused. 2.

It is a matter of record that since then no steps have been taken to bring on record legal heirs of sole appellant. In turn, the entire appeal abates. Consequently, following order is passed.

ORDER

The Second Appeal No.205/2012 stands disposed of as abated due to death of sole appellant.
