Learned APP submits that FIR No.219/2014 has been registered 29th September, 2014 against the accused - (1) Deepak Parkhe and (2) Divya Deepak Parkhe for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 of IPC at Nanal Peth Police Station, Parbhani.

In that view of the matter, so far as prayer clause (C) of the Petition is concerned, the same is

1076.14crwp satisfied.

So far as prayer clause (B) of the petition is concerned, the learned APP submits that the matter will be investigated by the Economic Wing of the District.

In that view of the matter, adjudication of prayer clause (B) of the petition will be premature when the FIR has been registered on 29th September, 2014.

In the light of above, writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to an appropriate remedy in case there is no proper investigation by the Economic Wing of the District.

In case the respondent - authorities are of the opinion that the investigation needs to be done through the State C.I.D., they will be at liberty to do so. Petitions disposed of, accordingly.
