The learned counsel are ad idem that in the identical matters this court has disposed of the applications for withdrawal of amount by order dated 28.04.2023 in First Appeal Stamp No.25189 of 2020 along with connected matters.

In view of the orders passed, the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this court along with the accrued

2 ca 10626.2023 interest on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. The civil applications for withdrawal of amount are disposed of.

For the reasons stated in the applications for condonation of delay, the delay is condoned. The civil applications for condonation of delay are allowed and disposed of. 4.

Civil Application No.10627 of 2023 is filed to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1 on record. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the same. The civil application is allowed and disposed of. The learned counsel for the appellant to carry out the necessary amendment forthwith.

All the stay applications are disposed of.

The first appeals are admitted.
