Present application is filed for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for non removal of the office objections along with prayer of condonation of delay of 169 days caused in filing the application. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that inadvertantly there was some communication gap between the advocate and applicants and the applicants could not remove the office objections within time. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application for restoration is allowed by condoning delay of 169 days. Writ Petition is restored.

Petitioners are permitted to remove the office objections within a period of four weeks.
