Civil application is filed by the petitioners to bring on record legal heirs of petitioner No.1 on record. 2.

Learned advocate for applicants submits that petitioner No.1 has expired on 14/01/2023 and his death certificate is annexed with the civil application. According to applicants, after getting knowledge of the present proceedings, heirship certificate has been obtained by the legal heirs of petitioner No.1 on 25/04/2023, hence, there is no delay in filing the application.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'C'. Petitioners to carry out the amendment within two weeks from today.
