Pursuant to liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 06th January, 2020, the original appellant has moved this application for withdrawal of Rs.5 lacs. In paragraph no.6 of the said order, the Court had observed as :- "6.

With the consent, the writ petition is fixed for final disposal at the admission stage, on 29.01.2019. If this Court is not in a position to decide the petition within the next three months, Respondent No.1 - employee is free to apply for withdrawal of the remaining amount and if such request is made, it shall be considered on its own merits."

Admittedly, the applicant has been serving with Respondent No.1 - institution. She has minor children. She required the amount for maintenance of her family.

In view of above, civil application is allowed. Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs) be paid to the applicant on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application is disposed of accordingly.
