9.1.2018 PER COURT:- 1) Mr.B.R.Surwase, the leaned counsel for the respondent No.1 makes a statement that the balance amount in terms of the impugned Award will be deposited within a period of one month from today.

2) Mr.S.K.Shinde, learned counsel for the applicants in the civil application points out that the respondent No.1, in terms of the interim order dated 5.5.2017

( 2 ) 933 CA 10482 of 2017 granted by this Court, should have deposited a sum of Rs.4,32,793/-, but has deposited only a sum of Rs.84,212/-. He submits that balance amount comes to Rs.3,48,581/-.

3) The leaned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that these calculations made are not correct, but the balance amount, which will surely in excess of Rs.84,212/- will positively be deposited within one month from today. His statement is accepted.

4) In case, there is default in depositing the amount within a period of one month, the interim relief granted on 5.5.2017 shall stand vacated without any further reference to this Court.

5) This civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
