The Revision is filed to challenge the judgment and order in Criminal Appeal No.54 of 2010. The Appellate Court has modified the judgment and order of acquittal and the appellant is convicted and sentenced for offence punishable under section 323 of Indian Penal Code and sentence of imprisonment of 6 months is given an compensation of Rs.10,000/- is also ordered which is to be paid to Murlidhar under the provisions of section 357

(3) of Cr.P.C. Today, learned counsel Mr. Hrishikesh Joshi submitted that he has filed appearance for Murlidhar. He produced compromise Purshis and he submitted that the

-:(2):- parties have settled the dispute and complainant is requesting for permission to compound the offence, at this stage. They have also requested to return back the amount of Rs.10,000/- to the petitioner, accused. In view of these submissions and the compromise document, the Revision is allowed. The judgment and order of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad delivered in Criminal Appeal No.54 of 2010 is hereby set aside. The original complainant and the accused are allowed to compound the offence which is punishable under section 323 of Indian Penal Code. The accused stands acquitted. His bail bonds stand cancelled. The amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited, is to be returned to the appellant, accused Raju Machindra Sapkal.

Criminal Application No. 5844 of 2014 also stands disposed of.
