We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.

The order of this Court dated 08.12.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.11786/2022 (Karuna Shikshan Sanstha, Wadgaon vs. The State of Maharashtra and others), which is cited before us, is on completely different facts. 3.

The learned AGP points out deficiencies in the Balak Ashram of the Petitioner.

We find that unless such deficiencies are removed,

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that all deficiencies would be removed and an application would be made to the concerned Authorities for a fresh inspection. 6.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let the Petitioner remove all the deficiencies and the concerned Authorities would consider it's proposal on it's own merits and strictly in accordance with the rules and policies applicable.
