The appellant has tendered photocopy of compromise pursis which is taken on record and marked as Article 'A' for identification. As per settlement the appellants have received amount of Rs. 2,75,000/- for full and final satisfaction. 3.

Considering the amicable settlement between the parties, the First Appeal be disposed of as withdrawn.
