THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND OTHERS ...
Advocate for Petitioner : Mr.Deshpande Manohar S. AGP for Respondents: Mr.S.K. Tambe.
Advocate for Respondent 3 : Mr.Patil Bankar Deelip N. ...
CORAM : S.S. SHINDE & P.R. BORA, JJ.

Heard.
It appears that, the petitioner joined the services as Anganwadi Karyakarti on 13th July, 2006. It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that, the petitioner has rendered three years service as Swyamsevak (volunteer) for the period from 1st August, 2004 to 30th September, 2006. The petitioner has not disclosed in the petition that, the petitioner in the month of July, 2006 joined on the post of Anganwadi Karyakarti. Therefore, upon considering the documents placed
9175.15wp on record by the respondents along with reply, it is abundantly clear that, the petitioner has suppressed material facts which have bearing on the subject matter involved in the petition and has not approached this Court with clean hands seeking discretionary and equitable relief under writ jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner has also suppressed the fact that, the petitioner has tendered resignation as volunteer on 3rd July, 2006.
Even looking to the merits of the matter, the petitioner had no two years experience at her credit as a volunteer. Therefore, the conduct of the petitioner dis-entitles her from seeking any relief in writ jurisdiction.
Hence, the petition stands rejected.
