Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. The respondent despite service of final disposal notice remained absent. 2.

The applicant - wife is seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No. A - 76 of 2021 pending in Family Court, Sangali 1/3

filed by respondent - husband for getting divorce to the Family Court, Osmanabad.

According to the applicant - wife, she is not having independent source of income and the distance between Osmanabad and Sangali is more than 300 Kilometers. As such, it seems difficult for her to attend the dates at Sangali. Moreover, she has also filed proceeding under P.W.D.V. Act against the respondent - husband at Osmanabad. 4.

There is no oppose to the application. Further, respondent - husband will have to attend the dates at Osmanabad in the aforesaid proceeding. Therefore, considering the convenience of applicant, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) Marriage Petition No. A - 76 of 2021 pending in the Family Court, Sangali is transferred to Family Court, Osmanabad for disposal according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before Family Court, Osmanabad on or before 15th July, 2023.
