Per Court :- The Petition is arises out of the Domestic Violence proceedings. Mr. V.V. Ingale, Advocate and Mr. P.P. Sangvikar, Advocate made a joint statement before this court that, during pendency of present Writ Petition, parties namely petitioner - Ramabai and Resp.No.1 - Vishwas have settled their dispute amicably out of court and at present son and mother are residing together and leading happy life, therefore, jointly it is submitted that Petition is become infructuous. Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
