Mr.Pulkundwar, the learned Counsel submits that the proposal has been forwarded by the Education Officer (Primary) to the Director of Education (Primary) with regard to the staffing pattern of the petitioner Institution.

Mr. Panpatte, the learned Counsel submits that in many cases, the Education Officer and the Director of Education passed the buck upon each other and the proposals are not yet decided.

The Director of Education (Primary) shall himself take decision on the proposal forwarded by the Education Officer (Primary) to him (Exhibit 'R-1' Page 74) on its own merits and as per law within a period of three months from today. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
