21st DECEMBER, 2017 PER COURT :- Mr. S.V. Natu, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that out of 124 shops, 119 shops are already allotted. The petitioner has not deposited Rupees One Lakh as required.

The learned counsel further submits that five shops are not yet allotted to anyone. The petitioners who are earlier tenanted persons, may deposit the amount within one month with respondent No.3. If the amount, as deposited by the

others persons to whom the shops are allotted, is deposited by the petitioners who were earlier tenants, the respondent No.3 shall allot the shops to them within one month. 3.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of No order as to costs.
