This Civil Application is filed for correction of name of appellant no.1, who was applicant no.1 in Land Reference No. 532 of 2003, decided by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad. In the judgment and award, name of applicant no.1 is written as Jyoti Gena Pawar, however, Addhar Card placed on record indicates that correct name of applicant no.1 is Jyoti Rama Pawar. Thus, obviously in the judgment and award, passed by the Reference Court in Land Acquisition Reference No. 532 of 2003 name of applicant no.1 needs

ca10740.18 to be corrected as Jyoti s/o Rama Pawar.

Civil Application is allowed. The Reference Court to carry out necessary correction in the name of original applicant no.1 as Jyoti Rama Pawar. R. and P. be sent back to the Reference Court for necessary correction. After necessary correction, the Reference Court shall send back the R. and Ps. in First Appeal No. 3957 of 2017 to this Court.
