This application is filed for bail. The applicant was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 354-A (1) (i) and Section 354 -D (1) (i) of Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 (1) (w) (i) (ii) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and he is sentenced to suffer R.I. for 6 months for each offences. The applicant was on bail during trial. Similarly he has been released on bail after conviction for a period of one month.

In view of the provisions of Section 389 of Code of Criminal Procedure, applicant is released on bail on their executing his PR & SB in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) till
