Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain/respondent along with his advocate is present in the Court. He has stated that there was some miscommunication in communicating the order passed by this Court and he has forthwith stopped the construction and he further undertakes that he would not carry any construction in disputed premises.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that construction activity is still carried.

The statements as on today are recorded.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the contempt petition again if the statement is violated. In the event, it is found that respondent has violated the orders of this Court, it would amount to aggravated contempt.

The contempt petition is disposed of on the statement made by the respondent.
