I have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner for quite some time.

Issue of apportionment of compensation amount under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is the subject matter of a Spl.C.S.No.9/2017 which is in progress in view of the impugned decision of the S.D.O. dated 12/12/2017.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner has strenuously drawn my attention to several factors and the chequered history of litigation in which RCS No.20/2008 was withdrawn and a suit was freshly filed by the brother of the plaintiff in the same cause. 4.

In view of the above, I find that the ends of justice would be khs/SEPT.2018/10457-d

met by expediting Spl.Civil Suit No.9/2017 and LAR No.1/2011 which are pending before the same learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur.

As such, this petition is disposed of. It is expected that the learned Court would decide LAR No.1/2011 and Spl. Civil suit No.9/2017 expeditiously and preferably on or before 30/06/2019.
