Heard Mr.Nagarkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Navandar, learned Counsel for respondent nos.2 and 4.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court had directed the respondents to return the amount recovered and if

2 20-CP-511-15 and ors fresh order is to be passed, the same has to be after hearing.

There was a dispute with regard to the quantum of the amount to be recovered, however, it is stated on affidavit, that an amount of Rs.98,000/­ and odd, was recovered from the petitioner which has been refunded to the petitioner and subsequently, after hearing the petitioner, the order is passed.

In view of that nothing survives in the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.

In case subsequent order is passed against the petitioner, it is open for the petitioner to assail the same as may be permissible under the law.
