Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The facts have been discussed in detail in the order dated 12.09.2022. Considering the facts and the role attributed to the applicant, interim protection was granted. The learned A.P.P. has opposed the application, however, he did not have the material to show that the applicant has played an active role in the alleged offence. Hence, the applicant has a good case for bail. Therefore, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.
