The applicants pray for condonation of delay of 313 days and for bringing the LR's of deceased appellant Bhimrao Maruti, on record.

Learned Advocate for the respondents opposed the application. In the alternative, they pray that costs be imposed and be donated to Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.

Considering the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B and D subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. on or before 16/03/2018.
