Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 171/2024 dated 20.6.2024 registered with Peth-Beed Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under sections 307, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of IPC and under sections 3, 4 and 25 of the Arms Act and under section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 3.

This Court vide order dated 3.9.2025 has granted interim protection to the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has co-operated with the investigation and has attended the police station. The learned APP has not controverted the submissions made above. 4.

On perusal of the police papers, it appears that the injury caused to the complainant is simple on the palm and during scuffle, the applicant has also sustained simple injury.

Considering that the interim protection is granted by this Court vide order dated 3.9.2024 and injury caused to the informant is simple one, I

ABA 1397/24 deem it appropriate to confirm the interim protection. 6.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 3.9.2024 is confirmed on the following terms :

i] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.

ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 8.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
