Mr. Deshpande, the learned A. S. G. on instructions states that the Government is reconsidering the Prohibited Bore Arms License Policy.

In view of that petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court on reconsideration by the Central Government of the said Prohibited Bore Arms License Policy.

If, the policy is not revised within a reasonable period liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court.
