Since the cause taken up by the Petitioner has already been addressed by the order of this Court, dated 20/01/2023, in Writ Petition No.39/2023, and as the Petitioner alleges that the said order has been disobeyed by the competent authority, a second petition in the same cause cannot be entertained. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that, he would withdraw this petition and file a Contempt of Court petition.

In view of the above statement, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
