(Order) (2) C.A. No. 09614 of 2019 & Group Advocate Mr. S.K. Naikwade is making statement that he would appear for all the claimants, he may file his Vakalatnama within a period of two weeks. He waives service of notices for them.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent viz. State of Maharashtra.

Present applications have been filed for getting delay of 601 days in filing first appeals by the acquiring body.

Learned Advocate for the claimants strongly opposes the applications on the ground that the reasons mentioned in the applications are not sufficient and reasonable. However, taking into consideration the reasons those have been mentioned in paras 02 and 03, delay stands condoned. Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly. Registry to verify and register the first appeals and place them for consideration on 30th January 2020.
