PER COURT:

1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP appearing for the State. We have perused the documents placed on record and in particular, depositions recorded by the Investigating Officer and also other evidence. In our opinion, there is no reason to transfer the investigation. Therefore, the prayer for transfer of investigation needs no consideration.

2] However, we direct the Superintendent of Police (Railways) Nagpur to supervise the investigation and seek report of the concerned Investigating Officer after every two weeks, and if necessary, give instructions to the I.O., in case the Superintendent of Police feels it necessary to issue such instructions for proper investigation. 3] With the above observations, writ petition is disposed of.
