Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and learned Addl.G.P. and AGP for respondents No.1 to 3. Both are contended that in view of Government Resolution dated 07.03.2024, there is alternate remedy available for the petitioners. In view of the same, learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petitioner with liberty to approach the forum created by the said Government Resolution.

Perusal of the said Government Resolution shows that an appear before the Committee can be filed within 30 days. In the interest of justice, we direct that, if the petitioner files the appeal within two weeks from today, it shall be treated as having been filed within limitation and the committee shall decide the appeal on merits in accordance with law.
