Both the learned Advocates admitted that matter has been amicably settled and terms of settlement are already drawn. Some clause of agreement is still yet to be performed, however, learned Advocate for applicant concedes and agrees for withdrawal of amount deposited in the District and Sessions Court, Ahmednagar.

In view of above, Criminal Application No.2840 of 2023 for withdrawal of amount is allowed. Applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. 3.

Criminal Revision Application will be decided on the next date in view of further talks on the pending clause of settlement. 4.

Stand over to 27-01-2025.
