This Petition can be disposed of in accordance with the directions issued by the Division Bench while dealing with Writ Petition No.3232 of 2014 decided on 17th November 2014. 2.

The Petitioner shall tender

wp9190.15 representation to the Divisional Commissioner setting forth his grievances within two weeks from today. The Divisional Commissioner shall take suitable decision upon consideration of the representation within period of three months from the date of receipt of the same and if necessary, after extending the opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.
