The petitioners are the members of non-teaching staff in group 'C' and '
D'
category. They are claiming DCPS benefits.

We have heard both the sides. They are ad-idem that the issue has already been covered by the decision in Writ Petition No.2358/2023 and other connected matters decided on 21.09.2023 at the Principal Seat.

For the same reasons, we allow the writ petition. It is declared that the petitioners are entitled to get the benefits of DCPS as per the Government Resolution dated 30.04.1998 as modified from time to time.

The respondent no.3 shall consider the individual cases of each of these petitioners and extend the benefits depending upon the eligibility criteria to be applied. This exercise shall be completed in three months and the benefits shall be actually disbursed within three months thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of.
