We have heard Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Kale, the learned AGP submits that, the Tahsildar has directed the Circle Officer to execute the orders passed under the Mamlatdar'

s Court Act dated 19.03.2011 in Rasta Case No.14/2010 and submit the report. Thereafter, the report is submitted on 20.10.2021. Under the police aid, the encroachment has been cleared and road has been made open for ingress and egress. 3.

In that view, the purpose of the petitioner stands served. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
