Matter was heard at length yesterday. The Court has expressed disinclination to grant anticipatory bail. Learned counsel sought time to take instructions and show some provisions for recovery of the amount. However, he has fairly conceded that there is no provision as such in the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act for the recovery of the particular amount.
