The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since the year 2012. Same is not yet decided.

According to the learned counsel, the petitioner has appeared for final year B. Tech. examination and his result is withheld.

The learned Additional Government Pleader confirms that the validation proceeding is pending.

Considering the above, we pass following order.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd December, 2020. The respondents may not withhold marks sheet of the petitioner only on the ground that, validation proceeding is pending. The respondents shall not issue the degree certificate and other documents, unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 6.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
