The amount of deposit for kerosene hawker and retailer is assailed. The same was fixed in the year 2001-2002. 2.

The interim relief was specifically refused by the Court on 03.04.2005. On 01.04.2014 the matters were called out, however,

2 WP 2788.02 the advocate for petitioners was absent. In the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned to 09.04.2015. Today also when the matters are called out none appears for the petitioners. The writ petitions as such are dismissed. No costs.
